Upload Existing Forms

The forms we want to put online are long and extensive. Is there a way to upload these and digitize the parts we want to capture?

You can upload your existing forms by converting them into Jotform Smart PDF Forms. This allows you to digitize your long and extensive forms by capturing only the parts you want. The responses collected through your online form will automatically populate your original PDF, maintaining the exact layout and formatting.

Alternatively, you can create a new form from scratch using Jotform's drag-and-drop Form Builder, where you can add and customize the elements you want to capture.
