    John Holland is retiring from Venture and we need to add a new contact to the account. How do we go about updating this information?

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. To update the contact information on your account, please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your Jotform account.
    2. Go to Account Settings from the top-right menu.
    3. Find the Contact Information section and update the details accordingly.
    4. Save the changes.

    Hi Mary,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you're referring to updating Account General Information, let me show you how:

    1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page
    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
    3. Next, click on Account on the left side of the page.
    4. Then, choose the section that you'd like to update and click on Edit on the right.
