I have a team member who sent me forms from their Jotform account and I don't know how to accept them into my account.

Hi Mark,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
To accept forms sent from a team member's Jotform account into your account, you need to have them transfer ownership of the forms to you. Here’s how to do it:
- Ask your team member to go to their My Forms page.
- They should select the form they want to transfer.
- Click on More Options and choose Transfer Ownership.
- Enter your email address associated with your Jotform account to send the transfer request.
- Check your email for the confirmation link and accept the transfer.
Once accepted, the forms will be in your account.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Mark,
It's easy to accept a form transfer request. Let me show you how:
1. On the Form Transfer Request email, click on View Transfer Request.
2. Or, on your My Workspace page, click on your Profile Image/Avatar in the upper right.
3. In the menu that opens, click on Settings.
4. Go to the Data tab on the left side of the page.
5. Then, in the Transfer Forms section, under Pending Transfer, click on View Details.
6. On the Form Transfer Request Received menu that pops up, click on Accept.
7. In the next smaller pop-up menu, click on Accept.
8. Finally, on the last pop-up modal, click on View in My Workspace.
On your My Workspace page, a new folder called Transferred Forms will be automatically created with the forms moved to your account, like you can see here:
You'll also get an email confirming the form transfer once completed:
