Understanding my monthly payment limits

    I thought when I signed up for the Free version, it was for up to 100 submissions, and now it is telling me as of July 12, I will pass my 10/month?? how is that possible when it is July 1st? and I am not close to the 100 total yet?

    Hi Cindy,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and noticed that you have a form with a payment integration active on it. Do note that the Starter plan allows up to 100 monthly submissions. This means you can receive up to 100 form submissions each month. But there is a separate limit of 10 monthly payment submissions since your forms include payment integrations. This is counted from the monthly submissions and applies only to submissions that include payments.

    Do note that these limits reset on the 18th of each month. This means you can receive up to 10 payment submissions until July 18. After that, your monthly limit will reset, allowing another 100 monthly submissions containing 10 payment submissions for the new period.
