Will I still be able to use that promo offer?

I'd like to get an annual plan and see there is a special right now. HOWEVER. I'd like to test the account for a week or two before choosing that. If I were to start with the monthly plan, will I still be able to use that promo offer?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the Welcome Discount? If so, the Welcome Discount is available within the first 24 hours after account creation.

Since you mentioned you'd like to test the account for a week or two before choosing a plan, I’d recommend creating a demo account for testing purposes. When you're ready to upgrade, feel free to reach out to us to check if the Welcome Discount can still be applied to your existing account. If it’s possible, we’ll be happy to apply it for you.

Please note that discounts are only applicable on yearly plans for the Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers. They're not available on monthly plans.
