Hello Jotform Support Team, I am trying to transfer a form but receive a message saying the form is connected to other Jotform products, preventing the transfer. However, after thorough checking, I have found no active connections that should block the transfer. Here are the details of what I have checked so far:

No active Workflows linked to the form.

The form is not included in any Jotform Apps.

The form is not connected to any Boards or Sentbox elements.

There are no Tables or Tabs linked to the form.

Email notifications are set up, but I understand these do not block form transfers.

I submitted a test entry to the form, but no table appeared.

No integrations, payment widgets, or AI Agents are connected.

The form is not shared with other users or teams in a way that restricts transfer.

I cleared my browser cache and tried different browsers without success.

Despite all these checks, the form still cannot be transferred due to the message about connections. Could you please help me identify any hidden connections or issues that might be causing this? Thank you for your assistance. Best regards,

    Kaitlyn Brown

    Hi Kaitlyn,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Could you provide the link to the form in question so we can review it on our end? Also, note that for a form to be transferable, it must not have any active workflows connected. If there are any workflows linked to the form, they need to be deleted before the transfer can proceed. Deleting a Workflow attached to your form is easy. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Workflows.
    3. Hover your mouse over the workflow you created, click on the Gear icon and click on Delete.

To do this, you need to purge the deleted workflow. Let’s do it:

    1. While in Form Builder, in the Workflows tab, click on the Gear icon again and select Purge
    2. Then, in the Confirmation window that pops up, click on Confirm. That's it.
