I have read many things online that said the developers made it to where you cannot default quantity to zero to "prevent users from submitting the form thinking they bought some products only to have them in 0 quantity".
That sounds like a user issue and not a development issue.
Now I have a bunch of people confused why they have 1 of a bunch of items they don't want in their order.
This change made zero sense.
I can't even duplicate old things that still have zero as the default. This is a WILD choice.

Hi Breanna,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, the Product List's quantity selector always starts at 1 and cannot be set to zero, whether it is configured as a dropdown or a text box. This is intended to prevent users from mistakenly submitting the form thinking they have purchased products when the quantity is actually zero.
While the quantity option is set to one, the product will not be included in the transaction unless the it is selected by the user. The quantity is set to one, but the product has not been selected. As a result, it is not included in the order total. Check out the screencast below for the results:
While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

That explanation makes 0 sense at all. If i were ordering something and saw a quantity of 1 , I would think it was included in my order. The removal of the ability to set the default quantity to 0 just further confuses things for customers making it hard for us that use the forms. Now we have customers with a bunch of questions. Not sure who had customers thinking they purchased something with a quantity of 0!
DEVELOPERS...CHANGE IT BACK!!!
