Published form is incorrect

Good day. I just created a new form. Once published, it opens with clone of AMI and not this. Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As I understand, you want to open the newly created form AMI- IVP- | 23rd - 26th October 2025 PayPal Registration, but it opens the cloned form. I suggest that you directly open the form by clicking this link and see if the correct form is opened. You can also try opening the form link from the Form Building. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Publish tab in the orange navigation bar.

2. Under Quick Share, click the Open In New Tab Button. This will open a new tab using the form's actual link.

I've gone ahead and cleared your form cache. If you're having the same issues, can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
