At the moment we have many photo order forms, just names and pricing is different, but the structure is the same.
We only have provisions for one person per order, and we have many requested to include multiple children's photo orders on one form.
Please see below to sample photo order forms:

Hi Con,
You can add the other products from the other forms to your main form and enable the sub products from options. This way, users can select multiple product options on each product. You can also enable the categories feature, it would be easier for the users to navigate through your products. Let me show you how to do this:
- In Form Builder, click on the Wand icon of the Payment field.
- From the Products tab, on the right side of the page, click the Pencil icon of each product.
- Then, click on the Options tab on the upper right side of the page.
- Click on the Pencil icon of the product option and toggle Create Sub Products from Options.
Here's how this works:
Let's now enable the category feature:- In Form Builder, click on the Wand icon of the Payment field.
- On the upper right side of the page, click on the Settings button.
- At the bottom of the page, toggle Enable Categories.
- Enter your preferred category label and click on the Add button.
- Next, click on the Add icon of the category and select all the products designated to that category.
Here's the result:
Let us know if this workaround works for you.

Thank you for sending this through, but I think you misunderstood.
We don't need multiple products, we need multiple children's orders on one form.
For example there may be 3 children in the one family, so the parent wants to use one form, for all 3 children who are may be in different football teams, but the one club.
How would you do this?

Hi Con,
You can use our iFrame Embed widget to embed your other forms to the main form. You can also add a Multiple Choice field allowing the user to select the football team and showing the embedded form. I suggest creating a new form that will house all your other forms. This will be your main form. Let me show you how to do this:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Form element on the left side of the page and select Multiple Choice from the Basic tab, under the Basic Elements.
- Click on the Gear icon of the Multiple Choice element and enter your preferred Field Label from the General tab.
- Next, click on the Options tab on the upper right side of the page and enter the football teams in the Options field.
Let's now get the form URL of the other forms
- In Form Builder, click on Publish on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Next, select Quick Share from the left side window.
- From Share With Link, click on the Copy Link button.
Then, let's add the iFrame Embed widget to the main form:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page and from the Widgets tab, search for iFrame Embed.
- Next, click on the Wand icon of the iFrame Embed widget and from the General tab, enter the form URL of the other form in the Frame URL field.
- Lastly, click on Update in the lower right corner of the page.
Now, let me show you how to set up the Show/Hide Field condition:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Next, select Conditions from the left side window and select Show/Hide Field at the center of the page.
- Then, set up the condition like the one below and click on Save at the bottom of the page.
Here's the result:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thank you.
But can't this be done all on one (1) form, rather than click multiple forms?

Hi Con,
Unfortunately, it's currently not possible to change the pricing, the photos or which products are displayed in a Product List field based on conditions. So, to let your customers choose from different clubs for multiple children, you'll need to let them manually choose from clubs within the same Product List, or use the Embed option for different Forms with different club options like my colleague showed.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.

Thank you, but its for multiple children from only one (1) club.

Hi Con,
Just to confirm, does each child only require one product to be purchased within the Product List Element? If so, my colleague's suggestion for adding iFrame Widget for another form is the most convenient workaround although it requires multiple forms. However, if that is not going to work for you and you only want this to be on a single form, converting the Product List Element to Basic Elements would be the workaround.
To put this in a simpler term, I have created a sample form and here is what it would look like:
Basically, if you really like to achieve having the multiple purchase using different product list, you may need to recreate the form with basic elements and widgets since Product List Element can only be added on form once. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

Thank you for your email.
The multiply children on one order form need to be named and from what team'
- John Smith 12/4s
- Michael Smith U7 Tigers, and
- Betty Smith U8/2 Girls
They may select different packages. i.e.
- Package 1, with 8x12 photo
- Package 3, and
- Individual photo - 8x12
Some may want delivery (payment), and some delivery to the club (free).
Then they want to pay with one transaction
I hope this assists.

Hi Con,
If you need more options for the customization, then you would need more conditions for customizing your own Product List using the Basic Elements. For example, this Product:
You can create 2 Dropdown Elements instead of the Single Choice Element like this:
You need to individually create all your Products from your Product List Element using basic elements like Dropdown, Single Choice Element or optionally, you can use widgets as well.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
