    Hello,

I am trying to get the 2025 Payroll form on the 2nd page. Can you please provide instructions on how to do this. I want to make sure that once this .pdf is changed in .pdf editor, that all new completed forms for Payroll 2024 and 2025 will also be updated in this format.

    Thanks

    Hi Melanie,

Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. I understand that you're referring to this form. But can you clarify your requirement in detail? Do you want to show the heading in gray background (as shown in your screenshot) on the 2nd page of the PDF document also?

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

    Hello,

I am trying to make the .pdf version look like the intake form. I was able to reduce the column size but I cannot get the second table to appear on page 2. Can you please provide instructions for this.

    Thanks

    HI,

I want the .pdf version which is generated after the client completes the form to look like the original intake form. Same size columns and 2024 payroll on page 1 and 2025 payroll on page 2.

    Hi Melanie,

Thanks for getting back to us and providing us additional details. You can drag and adjust the position of the tables directly on the PDF Editor page.

Let's walk together through the process:

    1. On your My Workspace page, select your form.
    2. Click the More dropdown next to the form.
    3. Click Open PDF Editor.

    4. Now, on the PDF Editor page, hover over the second table until you see a 4 side arrow.
    5. Drag and move it down and expand the space between the two tables.

In this way, you can get the tables on separate pages of the PDF document. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Melanie,

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Customizing PDF document in PDF Editor Image 1 Screenshot 20 Can you try it again and see how it goes? Try also to clear your browser's cache to refresh the page. If the issue persists, I suggest trying to open Jotform in different browsers, such as Firefox, Edge, Safari, or Incognito mode to rule out any browser-related conflicts. Additionally, testing on a different data network, such as mobile data or another Wi-Fi connection, can help determine if the issue is network-related.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

    Adrian!

Thank you so much! Your tutorial was perfect. I was trying to drag the entire table, rather than increasing the space between the 2 tables.

Can you explain to me the following:

Once the client completes the form-I would like for them to receive this .pdf via email. I set up an auto-responder but it does not appear to be working in my tests. Perhaps, I have something set up incorrectly.

I am getting ready to send both the 2024/2025 Sales and Payroll Forms to approximately 200 plus clients and need everything working perfectly!!

Thank you again for all your help.
