    Hi Kidney Care Bermuda,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform's email alerts (Notification Emails) are typically sent automatically when a form is submitted. Jotform does not have a built-in feature to send a notification email, only manually upon submission. However, you can also set up the send email button to your submission tables to manually send the email alerts. You can easily send submission details by adding an Email Button to your Jotform Table. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Add button at the end of the rows, and click on the Buttons tab.
    2. Now, select Send Email, click on Next, and enter a column name, then click on Next again.
    3. Select the email you want, or click on the Create an Email button to set up a new one as needed.
    4. Then, click on the Create Column button, and you're done.
