I am trying to create a form that people will use frequently over a period of time. It is essentially a workbook that I will transfer/re-type into Jotform.
Given that the need to come back to it frequently, what is the best way to create this? -

Hi James,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
For a form that users will return to frequently, the best approach is to enable the Save and Continue Later feature. This allows users to save their progress and come back to complete the form anytime. You can find this option under the Settings tab in your form builder.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Great. Will they also have the ability to download their answers?

Hi James,
Yes, users can download their answers. You can enable options for users to save their progress and receive a draft link via email. Additionally, form owners can download submissions in various formats like PDF, Excel, or CSV from Jotform Inbox or Tables.
Let us know if you need more details on this.

Hi James,
It's easy to print your forms before submitting them with the Print Button feature. Let me show you how to do it:
- In Form Builder, find your Submit button and click on the Submit field.
- Click on the Gear icon on the right side of the field to open the Properties window.
- Under the Advanced tab, toggle the Print Button option to the On position.
