can I add an assistant to my account

If so, how would I do that? What would they have permission to access.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you want to know if you can add an assistant (another user) to your standard single Jotform account.

Our traditional, standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are single-user plans that run on shared servers and come with online support only.

Jotform Enterprise is our only multi-user plan where an Administrator can assign access-level controls to Users and those Users can collaborate with other Users.
