I can't find my form

Hi team. I had a "Macarons order form" in my account and now I cannot see it. It just disappeared.

Can somebody have a look at it please?

1. Go to your account's My Forms page.
2. Check if the "Macarons order form" is visible there.
3. Look in the Archive and Trash folders on the lower left side of the My Forms page in case it was accidentally moved.

No. It's not in any of those folders

If the form is not in Archive or Trash, it might have been deleted permanently or moved outside your account. Unfortunately, we cannot recover forms that are permanently deleted beyond Trash.

You may want to check if you have multiple Jotform accounts where the form might be located.

I didn't delete the form. Can somebody find out why it's not available anymore?

If you did not delete the form and it is not in Archive or Trash, it could be due to an account issue or it might have been moved accidentally. Unfortunately, we cannot access or restore forms that are missing beyond these folders.

Please check if you have multiple Jotform accounts where the form might be located.

Let me know if you want guidance on checking or restoring forms from Trash.

I don't have multiple accounts

Since you don't have multiple accounts and the form isn't in Archive or Trash, this might be an unusual issue. Unfortunately, we don't have access to recover missing forms beyond those folders.

If you have any backups or shared copies, please check those. Otherwise, recreating the form might be necessary.

I couldn't find the Macarons order form in your account. Do you have a folder created in your Workspace, like the one below?

If yes, you can check it there by clicking the folder. Check out my screencast below:

If the form is not there, were you able to save its link? Can you send it to us so we can locate it? If you don't have its form URL, will you give us access to your account so we can investigate further? Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.

When I opened the form, I got the result below:

The Oops, it looks like this form is missing error indicates that the form has been permanently deleted. I checked your History page and can confirm that it was deleted last April 6, 2025. Check out my screenshot below:

Note that a deleted form stays on our system for 30 days before it gets automatically deleted. So on May 6, 2025, the form has been purged, or permanently deleted. Check out my screenshot below:

Let me show you how to check the History page of your account:

1. Go to the History page.
2. Click on the Downward Arrow icon on the upper right side of the page, scroll down your mouse and select Forms.
3. Click on the Calendar icon on the upper right side of the page and select the dates that you want to check.
