Hi Rachel,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:
Your form may not be allowing payments or orders due to payment gateway setup issues. Here’s how to check and fix it:
- Open your form in the Form Builder.
- Click Add Form Element on the left, then go to the Payments tab.
- Ensure you have added a payment integration like PayPal, Stripe, or another supported gateway.
- Connect your payment account properly by entering the required credentials or email.
- Check the payment settings to confirm the payment type and other configurations like currency, product setup, and additional gateway settings.
Also, make sure your payment gateway account is active and properly linked to your form.
If you want, I can guide you through setting up a payment form step-by-step.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Rachel,
I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you describe what's happening when a user tries to make a payment in your form? Is there a specific error showing?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
