Integration page doesn't load up

    What is happening with the "Integrations"? It's trying to load up but with no success. I have several surveys to hook up and I'm at a stand still.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you encounter the issue again, could you share with us your browser console log? Here's how to do it:

    1. Click on your right mouse button.

    2. Select Inspect.

    3. Go to Console tab.

    We also have a guide about How to Get a Console Report from Most Common Browsers that you can check out. As an additional measure, I have cleared your form cache.

    2. Try accessing the integrations page in a different browser or incognito/private mode to rule out browser-specific issues or extensions interfering with the connection.
    3. Check your network connection and firewall settings to ensure that requests to Jotform's domains (such as events.jotform.com and api.jotform.com) are not being blocked or restricted.
    4. Disable any VPN or proxy services temporarily as they can sometimes cause connection resets or CORS errors.

    tried on another browser.

    tried on a private browser

    browser is up to date

    i don't know how to allow the two domains to "bypass" the firewall (I have Microsoft's Defender)

    Sure, I can look into this for you. I’ll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

    4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.

    I checked the form using your account to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Additionally, I have cleared your form cache in case there was some old cache data causing that issue. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes?

    Hi nicostan,

    I've cleared your form caches; your forms are now refreshed. When I checked out your form Huddle 2 on the Google Chrome web-browser using the Windows 11, I was able to see the all the integrations. Let me share the screenshot below:

    Integration page doesnt load up Image 1 Screenshot 40You can clear your form caches. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.

    3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
