How to change the primary email address on my Jotform account?

I would like to change the email address on my account. Is this possible or do i need to close this and open a new one?

To clarify, you don't need to create a new account to change your email address as long as the new email address you want to use is not already linked to another Jotform account. If you try to use an email address that is already linked to a different Jotform account, you will get an error. If you are sure that the new email address is not linked to any other Jotform account, I can show you how to update your email address on your current account:

1. On your My Workspace page, hover your cursor over the Profile Avatar icon.

2. Select Settings from the menu.

3. To change the email, click on Edit.

4. Enter the new email address, then save the changes made by clicking on the Save button.
