Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. While we do offer Support in many foreign languages, and we're working hard to add more every day, we don't currently have Dutch Support agents who can help you. Now, coming back to your question, note that Jotform doesn't apply any post processing to the uploaded photos. This means that the original quality of the photo taken is always preserved. If you'd like to better the quality of the photos uploaded, I suggest checking with your form filler and ensure that they're uploaded high quality photos.
