The page is built in Elementor. the embed code you provided was installed in Elementor'sn HTML addeition. The only plugin I can find in the depository is very old and not updated in years. That can be your plugin, can it?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To fix the image width issue in your form, could you try embedding it using the iFrame code? Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Publish tab in the orange navigation bar and select the Embed tab on the left side menu.
- Hover your mouse over to the Embed Menu, select the IFrame option and click on the Copy Code button.
