Accessing the same form from different QR-codes

Dear Jotform,

We are looking for a service like yours to make surveys. We need a system where a user can answer the survey by scanning a qr-code and we know that you can do it. What we need is a system to ensure that a single user is somehow tracked, to avoid that the same users answers more than once. Would it be possible to get more qr-codes all directing to the same survey so that we can check from which one a certain filled form ha arrived. For our present needs we would require about 100 of these unique qr-codes.

Hi Daniele,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's not possible to generate multiple unique QR codes for the same form. But you can change the form settings to prevent the same person from submitting the form multiple times. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form on the right side of the screen.
2. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings, and then click on Show More Options.
3. In the Form Settings menu, scroll down and select Check Cookies and IP Address in the Unique Submission dropdown menu.
