Hi Jotform Support,
I would like to set up a condition where only qualified form submissions are sent to my connected Google Sheet. For example, if a user selects a specific option (like "Yes" or meets certain criteria), then the data should be pushed to the sheet. Otherwise, the submission should be stored in Jotform but not sent to Google Sheets.
Is this possible using conditions or any workaround you can suggest? I want to avoid unnecessary or unqualified data cluttering my sheet.
Thank you!

Hi Julien,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, Jotform's Google Sheets integration sends all submissions by default and doesn't have a built-in feature to filter submissions before sending them to the sheet. However, you can achieve a similar result using a workaround:
- Set up your form conditions to mark submissions as qualified or unqualified by using a hidden field or a specific field that records qualification status.
- Use Jotform's integration settings to select which fields to send to Google Sheets. You can exclude fields that indicate unqualified submissions, but this won't stop the entire submission from being sent.
- Use Google Sheets formulas or scripts to filter or hide unqualified submissions once they arrive in the sheet. For example, you can use filters or Google Apps Script to move or delete rows based on your qualification criteria.
Alternatively, you can manage unqualified submissions within Jotform itself by reviewing them in Jotform Tables or Inbox and only exporting or syncing the qualified ones manually. Unfortunately, there's no direct way to conditionally send only certain submissions to Google Sheets through Jotform's native integration at this time.
Reach out again if you need any other help.
