HI
If i use the duplicate field button and then change all the information, will this also change when i get the completed form sent to my email?
I am finding that this isn't happening, the field label is showing incorrectly on the email response see below:

Hi Danielle,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. When I checked the Email Logs of Your Form, I was able to find the submission that showed up with the wrong Field Label in your inbox. But, your recent submissions doesn't seem to have this issue. See the screenshots below:

This might be a temporary issue caused by the caches not updating after you've changed the Field Label. It now seems to be fixed.
Can you send us the Submission ID if this issue ever happens to a submission again?

Thanks I fixed it manually while I was waiting, but I still don't know why it would happen? I have used duplicate fields is a lot of my forms (I haven't checked them as yet) It this a common problem?

Hi Danielle,
There isn't a known issue about the duplicate fields showing up with old Field Labels on Notification Emails. But if something doesn't update automatically on your Notification Emails, you can always edit them to make sure they arrive correctly.
