Hi,
The reset was just in July, why did it reach the target so quickly? -

Hi promacmalaysia,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Upload Space limit refers to the total storage used by uploaded files across all your form submissions. If any of them include large file uploads like high-resolution images or videos, they can quickly use up the 100 MB limit. You can delete a submission that has an uploaded file and purge them to free up the Upload Space limit. If you already deleted the submissions, here's how you can purge them:
- In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
- In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
- Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
- Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hi promacmalaysia,
I've recalculated your upload space usage and it now shows 25.73 MB.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
