    Hi there,

    Can you please review and reactivate as we sell our merchandise on jotform for the past 4 years. We are not able to continue without the form.

    Thanks for patiently waiting. Your account was suspended because your last invoice was disputed. Can you please confirm if you'd like to upgrade again and use another payment method?
