Not receiving password reset email

    I am not receiving the reset password email. I have already contacted my email provider and there are no issues with my account. I need to reset my password.

    Hi angiebuford,

    I saw that the emails are being sent to your email address. Can you check the spam or trash folder of your email inbox to see if the password reset email is in there?

    Hello, they are not in my spam. I am not receiving them.

    Is there any other way that you can communicate with me? I have no way of knowing when you respond. I can't access app. I have to keep checking for my support requests to look for responses.

    Hi angiebuford,

    I checked the logs of the email address angie211@comcast.net, and I can see that this email has received emails from noreply@jotform.com. I can also see that the email's subject is Update your password. The last one was sent today at 19:36:25 GMT -03:00. Can you check your inbox for this subject? You can also View Your Form Email Logs in your account settings. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to the History tab on your Account Settings page.
    2. Click on All Actions in the top-right corner of the History page, and in the dropdown menu that opens, scroll down to the bottom and select Emails.
    3. Click on the External Link icon on the right side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.

    I can't see anything in my account other than this and I cannot reset my password because I am not receiving the emails. Please help, this has been going on too long. Thanks

    Hi angiebuford,

    I have gone ahead and triggered the Password Reset email, and I checked the logs, and it was sent successfully, so you should be able to see it in your inbox and proceed to update your password.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
