Need help to locate the form I created

But i cannot trace the submitted responses.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We can't locate the form. Also, it does not seem that those exist because when I load them, I am getting this message Oops, It looks like this form is missing! which could mean it does not exist or has been deleted. Can you check if you have the correct form URL?

Also, the email address you provided lillian.thinkmahoganyevent.com is not an email format. It should have @ in it. Can you check that as well?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
