Transfer of a form - question

    Can I transfer a form to another Jotform account if there is a tab on it's table that connects to the form itself?


    Will all of the tabs in the table transfer?

    Will all of the emails transfer too?

    You cannot transfer a form if its table has tabs connected to other forms or features like Workflows, Apps, or AI Agents. Specifically, forms with tables that have tabs connected to other forms cannot be transferred. Also, emails associated with the form do not transfer.

    To transfer a form, it must not have connections to other Jotform products or tables with connected tabs. Only the form itself and its submission data transfer, without connected tabs or emails.

    The support AI Agent is correct. If you're looking to transfer a form to another account, you can learn more about the full process and requirements by checking out this page

    If you're referring to Jotform Tables, any connected tabs from other forms will not be included in the transfer. Only the main form and its own submission data will move to the new account.

    If you're referring to the email address in the notification email recipient, it will update to the email address that is registered to the destination Jotform account.

    It's easy to accept a form transfer request. Let me show you how:

    1. On the Form Transfer Request email, click on View Transfer Request.

    2. Or, on your My Workspace page, click on your Profile Image/Avatar in the upper right.

    3. In the menu that opens, click on Settings.

    4. Go to the Data tab on the left side of the page.

    5. Then, in the Transfer Forms section, under Pending Transfer, click on View Details.

    6. On the Form Transfer Request Received menu that pops up, click on Accept.

    7. In the next smaller pop-up menu, click on Accept.

    8. Finally, on the last pop-up modal, click on View in My Workspace.

    On your My Workspace page, a new folder called Transferred Forms will be automatically created with the forms moved to your account, like you can see here:
