Hi Sanjosilk,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
To update the expiry date on your credit card for your Jotform account, please follow these steps:
- Go to the Billing page in your Jotform account.
- Select Manage Payment Methods.
- Add a new payment method with the updated expiry date (07/29 in your case).
- Set the new payment method as primary and save the changes.
This will update your credit card expiry on file and ensure uninterrupted service.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Sanjosilk,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can easily update your credit card information in just a few steps. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.
2. Go to Billing in the menu on the left, and click on the Manage Payment Methods button.
3. In the window that opens, click on Add New Payment Method.
4. Then, enter your credit card details, select the Set As Primary option and click on Add New Payment Method.
Your payment method is now updated. The most recent one will appear as Primary, while the previous one will be saved as a Backup Payment Method. Check the screenshot below to see how it should look:
