PODO is unresponsive

    For some reason PODO is responding to queries. Is it possible I've hit some sort of cap?

    Hi Eddie,

    Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. There shouldn’t be a cap that stops responses from the Podo AI Agent. I tested the Podo AI Agent and was able to receive a response. I’ve provided a screenshot below for your reference.

    Could you please follow the basic troubleshooting steps below:

    • Clear browser cache.
    • Use the browser in incognito/private mode.
    • Use a different browser.
    • Connect device to a different network.
    • Use a different device.

    If the behavior persists, please provide a screenshot of the console log from your browser when you run into the issue. This will help our team look into this.
