How does my client submit form?

    Hello


    I need help. i created a form but my client has no way to submit it. what am i missing? thank you

    Let me help you with that: To allow your client to submit the form, make sure you have shared the form's direct link or embedded it on a website. Your client can open the form via the link and fill it out, then click the Submit button at the end of the form to send their responses.

    Hi Ayeshah,

    To find your form link, go to your form in Form Builder, click on Publish, then click Copy Link under the Share With Link section. You can then share this link with your client for them to submit the form.

    Hi Ayesha,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To submit a form, your clients need to access the form first, either through a direct link, embedded on a website, or via an email invitation. It's easy to copy your form's link, so you can share it with your client. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click the Publish tab in the orange navigation bar at the top.
    2. Then, under Quick Share, you’ll see the Direct Link of Your Form section with your form URL displayed.
    3. To copy the URL, click the Copy Link button right below the link.

    Now, let me show you how to share your form via email:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Email.
    3. Next, click on the Share on Email option.

    4. Under the Email tab, set up the Email Subject and Email Content based on your preferences.

    5. Then, select the Recipients tab and enter the recipient’s email address inside the To section. You can also configure the Sender Name and Reply-To address here.

    6. Finally, click on Send and you're done.
