I know the steps -- but Zapier is not seeing the my Class registration form even when i connect it to output to Zapier

Hi TECHNE_Innovations,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Before configuring your Zap, you need to log in to your Zapier account. Were you able to log in after clicking on the Use this Zap button? I cloned your form and tested it, and I was able to configure my Zap. Check out my screenshot below:
My cloned form also appeared when I tried setting it up on my Zapier account. Check out my screenshot below:
Is the form saved on a team's folder? That might be the cause of it not showing when you try setting up the Zapier integration. You can try to move the form that you want to Zap your Workspace. After setting up the Zapier integration, you can move it back to the team's folder. Let me show you how to do this:
- On your Worskpace page, from the Team's folder, select the form that you want to prepopulate.
- Click on Move to My Workspace at the top of the page.
- From the modal, click on Move Now.
- On your Worskpace page, select the form.
- Click on Move to Team at the top of the page.
- Select the team and click on Move to This Team.
- From the modal, click on Move Now.
