Our email, tours@tovreacastletours.com, continues to be marked as a bounced email, thus we don't receive emails until we take it off as a bounced email. This is a google/Gmail account.
We have also noticed that customers with Gmail.com email accounts do not get auto-notifications sent to them, either.
What is the issue with google and Gmail accounts?
This has become cumbersome as customers are expecting a confirmation for their purchase of tickets and we must then send them manually.

Your email address being marked as bounced and Gmail users not receiving notifications is a common issue related to email delivery and spam filtering.

- Check and remove your email from Jotform's Bounce List: Go to your Account Settings, find the Bounce List section, check if your email is listed, and remove it if it is.
- Configure your email notifications properly: In your form's Settings under Emails, ensure Sender Name, Reply-to Email, and Recipient Emails are correctly set. Also, set the Sender Email in the Advanced tab.
- Add Jotform emails to your whitelist and contacts: Add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your email contacts and ask your IT or email provider to whitelist Jotform's IP addresses and domains.
- Prevent emails from landing in Gmail spam: Create filters in Gmail to never send emails from noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to spam.
- Consider setting up SMTP: If your email keeps bouncing, using your own mail server via SMTP can improve deliverability.
These steps should help reduce bounce issues and improve notification delivery to Gmail users.

This did not resolve the issues at all. Numbers 1 - 4 have been done and number 5 is not do-able.

I checked the email logs and it seems the notification email has been sent to your account email address already. You can try to check your spam or junk folder for the email. For your customers' cases, can you share us the email address for checking?
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
