I have used jotform for 6 years. I was going to cancel, but never completed doing that. I have decided to keep using Jotform indefinitely. I believe it was cancelled because my responses to form is blank. Can you please reinstate me with your company so that I get what I need to continue jotform with my business. I'm not very good with technology, so if I could talk with someone and continue on with the form I had.

P.S. The sooner the better. Customers leave photos for me which is a crucial part of my business.

P.S. I used to receive information that would notifiy my of customers filling out my forms. I always received notifications on the phone app that would let me know if someone had send me something.

I checked your account and noticed your bronze subscription is currently active and not marked as canceled. Since your subscription is still active, it will be auto-renewed on 2025-06-06 automatically.
