Allow to send the final Signed Document to another recipient

    We currently have a Sign document and when it is signed I get a copy of it. Is there a way to have that notification/pdf go to two different email addresses? The link is inside a form we have previously created. I just need the notification to go to two separate people

    Let me help you with that:

    1. Go to your form's Settings tab.
    2. Click on Emails.
    3. Edit your existing notification email or add a new one.
    4. In the Recipient Emails field, enter both email addresses separated by a comma.

    This will send the signed document notification to both recipients.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Mabyn,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, there is no option to send a Notification Email for Signed Documents. By default, it will only get sent to the form owner. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
