The free subscription wasn't applied.

    On 07/30/2024, my bank account was charged $190.00 for my subscription; however, when I sign in, it says it is a free subscription. Please fix that error.  Also, when is the next time scheduled for my card to be charged?  Please cancel my subscription on July 30, 2025, when it is due.  I am temporarily restructuring my business and will not need it until first quarter of 2026.  Do I have two subscriptions; one with businessconsultants56@gmail.com and one with francenehash@gmail.com or are they both the same subscription.  Please clarify. Thank you.

    Hi Business Development,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you tell us where you found the information regarding the free subscription? If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? Take note that you can cancel your subscription to prevent it from renewing automatically. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.

    2. Under the Billing tab on the left, and beside the My Plan section, click on Change Plan.

    3. Now, click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

    The free subscription wasnt applied Screenshot 62Then, you’ll see a pop-up window with extra information about the downgrade. Just follow the instructions to continue canceling your plan. Also, when I checked the accounts associated with the email addresses that you provided, there are no subscriptions on those.
