Trouble with Square Credit Card Processing

    So, I have one form that I have already promoted, but it is not making any sales. I'm not sure why, but it could be the lack of Square working correctly.

    Then, I created a CLONE of HOT SUMMER DEALS, and after a few times, I got Square to connect properly. Now, the original form that I promoted does not have a working credit card feature.

    I really want to swap forms and retain the current url, but Podo says I can't :(

    What should I do ?? Or can you help??

    PS Every time I tried reapplying Square to original Hot Summer, I lost all my products !!! I Freaked!

    Hi David,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have reviewed this form and currently, the Square integration is Mode is currently set as Test as shown in the screenshot.

    Take note that Test Mode does not collect payments. It is for testing purposes. In order to collect payments, you will have to set Mode as Live. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Square integration fields to select.

    2. On the right side of the selected Square integration, click on the Wand icon.

    3. On the right panel, on the upper right side, click on the Gear icon.

    4. Set Mode to Live Mode.

    5. Click on Connect and connect your Square account.

    6. Click on Save.
