Embed Sign Document to form

    I am looking to add a PDF that I made fillable through Jotforms to be added to a form of mine that I am creating. How do I do that?

    You can import your PDF as a fillable form using Jotform's Smart PDF Forms feature. Here’s how:

    1. Go to My Workspace and click Create.
    2. Select Form and then choose Smart PDF Form.
    3. Upload your PDF document.
    4. The system will convert your PDF into an online fillable form. You can then map fields and customize it.

    Alternatively, if you want to add a PDF as a clickable link, you can add it on your form’s Thank You page or attach it to autoresponder emails.

    Hi Chana,

    Here’s how to add a PDF as a clickable link on your form’s Thank You page:

    1. In Form Builder, click Settings on the top orange bar.
    2. Select Thank You Page from the left menu.
    3. Highlight the text where you want to add the link and click the Hyperlink icon.
    4. Enter the URL of your PDF uploaded to a file-sharing platform and click Ok. Make sure the file is publicly accessible.

    To attach the PDF to autoresponder emails, edit the autoresponder email under Settings > Emails, then enable PDF attachment in the Advanced tab.

    Hi Chana,

    You can add your Sign Document as a clickable link on your Thank You page. Let me show you how:

    1. In Sign Builder, click on the Share tab in the green navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Click on the Share with Link tab on the left side of the page.
    3. Under the Share With Link section, click on the Copy Link button.Embed Sign Document to form Image 1 Screenshot 50

    Now, let's open your form and add the link to your Thank You page:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Click on the Thank You Page tab on the left side of the page.Embed Sign Document to form Image 2 Screenshot 61
    3. Highlight a text and click on the Hyperlink icon at the upper part of your Thank You page content.
    4. Paste the link in the URL field, and change the Text To Display.

    That's it. Test your form, and you'll see that users will see the link on the Thank You page, and clicking it will redirect them to your Sign Document. Check out the screencast below for the result:
