Hi. I set up a form for accepting lunch reservations for one of my clients. If they submit more than one form in a day, they're not receiving the second email. Please see below. Can you help?
Hi, first, the staff and members really like how Jotform looks and how it sends receipts to all parties. Thanks!
It does seem that when someone makes a lunch reservation, it sends them a receipt immediately. However, if they go back in and reserve another lunch, they don't get a receipt.
Is this something you can look into?

Hi Sarah,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
It seems the issue is that when a user submits multiple forms in a day, the second email is not sent. This can happen due to how conditional emails or autoresponder emails are set up.
Let me help you with that:
- Check your autoresponder email settings: Make sure you have an autoresponder email set up to send a receipt for each submission.
- Review conditional logic: If you have conditional logic controlling email sending, ensure it allows sending emails for multiple submissions, not just the first one.
- Test the form: Submit the form multiple times yourself to verify if emails are sent each time.
If the problem persists, you might want to check if your email address is on Jotform's bounce list or if emails are landing in spam.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Sarah,
I cloned and tested your form on my end, but I still receive the two Autoresponder emails based on my two submissions. Check out the image below:
Can you check your Email Inbox if the Your Lunch Order Was Received email thread contains multiple emails? I believe they are sent successfully based on my test.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
