Monday integration problems

    Hi, I have a JotForm form where people can request a variety of things internally to the organizations and we have several "Parent Items" which have many options that spin off to other questions, but one of those "Parent items" are not transitioning over to Monday. Currently all of the other "Parent items" transfer over to Monday perfectly fine without fail. Would love to know why this is and how I can fix this.

    Attached is the jotform but the one that is not transferring over is the equipment reservations

    2. Verify field mapping: Ensure the "equipment reservations" field is properly matched to the corresponding Monday.com board/group field. Sometimes, missing or incorrect mapping causes data not to transfer.
    3. Review action logs: In the integration settings, check the action logs for any errors related to that specific parent item. This can give clues on why it fails.
    4. Test with a submission: Try submitting the form with the equipment reservation selected and see if any errors appear or if the data shows in Monday.com.
    5. Adjust and save: If you find any mismatches or errors, correct them and save the integration again.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. In your form Monday.com integration, you can check the Action Logs for the details of Failed submission runs. Let me show you how to check the Action Logs:

    1. In your Form Builder, in Monday.com integrations screen, if you hover your mouse over the created action, you’ll see the Edit Action (pencil icon) and the More (thee-dotted vertical icon) options to the right.

    2. Click on the More (thee-dotted vertical icon), and select See Action Logs option.

    3. In the Action Logs window, successful and failed runs are recorded. For submissions with Failed runs, there's a dropdown arrow beside the status. Click on the dropdown arrow to see the details about the failed run.

    The details in the Failed runs will give you the data why the submission have issue, i.e., why Parent Items were not transitioning to Monday.com. Could you check the action logs of the recent Failed run, and see if you can correct the status?
