Workflow: Show the comment in the requester's email

    I am working on a maintenance request workflow and I can't get it set up so that when the person assigned the task accepts and leaves a note, the person making the quest is informed that it's accepted and can see the notes left.

    Hi Vannessa, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the workflow and noticed that it is configured correctly with no issues. You can add the approver comment to the email that's sent to the user at the end. But for the Task comment, it can't be added to the email notification. Let me show you how:

    1. In Approval Workflow, click on the Envelope icon of the Email element.
    2. Under the Email tab and add the Approver Comment from Approval Fields.
    3. Click on Save, and you're done!

    Additionally, you need to add a link to the end element after the email has been sent to the requester, following the submission approval and task assignment.
