Gm, my fill in details are faded and do not show on the form. I am unsure how to enable this. It is crucial to my business.

This issue can come from Javascript deactivated into your browser, or a browser extension interfering with the form. Can you make a try in your browser Private mode, or with another browser? If the issue stills, can you share with us a screenshot of the browser Console Report?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to better understand what's happening and to help you with this.
