I want to create a new account using my email address that's already has a Jotform account

    However, I think I created and deleted an account today. I wish to open a new account using that email address.

    Hi Aaron,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. A deleted account stays on our system for 30 days before it gets permanently deleted, so you won't be able to use it on your new account. You need to change its email address to free it up. I've gone ahead and reactivated your account. Here's what you need to do:

    1. Log in to the account associated with i**o@t*e**ttin*e***ts.com.
    2. Change its email address.

    Now, let me show you how to change your email address:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile in the upper right corner of the page.

    3. Select Account from the left side window.
