The form status is visible in My Forms, not in reports. Please go to My Forms, find your form, and check if the toggle next to it is on (enabled). If you still can't find it, try clicking the three dots next to the form name to see the Enable/Disable option.

In My Forms, you should see a list of your forms with a toggle switch on the right side to enable or disable each form. If you don't see the toggle or three dots, please try refreshing the page or using a different browser. The status controls are not found in reports but in the My Forms page.

Now, coming back to your question, you mentioned that you need help to generate a report and there's no shipments in the month of July. Can you elaborate more like the form that you're referring to and what's the difficulties that you're encountering?
