AI Presentation script is not in English

I created a presentation and chose English and an English Speaking voice. The slides are all in English but the script is being read in another language.

Everything seems to be set to english

Since the default language settings are correct, have you tried re-saving the presentation after confirming the English settings, just in case the changes needed a refresh?

2. Next, select Settings.
3. Finally, clear the cache by clicking the Clear Cache green button at the bottom of the page.

I’ve created an AI Agent presentation similar to yours, but with the script in English, and it worked properly with the English audio. Could you try simply changing the script from Italian to English to see if it resolves the issue? To do this is easy, let's do it:

1. In AI Agent Builder, click on the Pencil icon on the right side of the presentation to open the Slide Settings.

2. When the Slide Settings menu appears on the right side of the screen, click on the Scripts tab at the top of the panel.

3. To finish, translate your existing text to English, then paste it into the Edit Script field to update the content.

I did this and copied and pasted the english translation into the script but it keeps reverting back! Maybe I should just delete this and try creating a new presentation?

I noticed my google chrome browser needed to do an updated. after doing this, the problem is now fixed! ery odd, thanks for all your help!

Sorry I was incorrect - it worked on the first slide but is not working on the others. This is very frustrating. Should I delete the presentation and start over?

If your Presentation already has existing important data or conversation, I recommend not deleting it for now. To further troubleshoot the issue, could you tell us which option did you used when you Add Presentation? In the AI Agent Builder, when you first use Presentation, in the Player page, you need to click on Add Presentation button to add presentation. Check out the screencast below that shows what I was referring to:

It could be possible that the none English script was generated when using the Upload Presentation or Import from URL options, as the source materials could have none English content.

No I actually used the option for putting in a prompt to create from scratch

I used the google translate again and pasted the english script into each slide. then i closed out the workspace and went back in and the changes saved
