Can I attached an automatically generated invoice without Payment connection?

    Can I attached a PDF invoice generated based on the responses on the form and email with an auto responder without adding a Payment connection? We do not want online payments, invoices only.

    This doesnt work - i get Paypal connection don't appear to be working at the moment

    I do not have a paypal account and it wants me to sign in

We have available PDF Invoice Templates that you can use to build your PDF invoice. They're so easy to use. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to the Jotform PDF Templates page and search for the template you are looking for.
    2. Hover over the template images and click on Preview to take a quick look.
    3. If you find the PDF template you're looking for, click on Use Template in the window that opens.
    4. On the page that opens, select the form you’d like to apply this PDF document to. That's it.

    1. In Form Builder, on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. Go to Emails, hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email and select the Pencil icon.
    3. Go to the Advanced tab, toggle ON the Attach PDF, select the invoice, and click on the Save button.
