We cannot download any of the completed forms today

    Hello, we cannot download any of the completed forms today - is there a website glitch?

    Hi Xanthe,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. There is no known website glitch currently affecting the ability to download completed forms. For us to further investigate the issue, could you send us a screen recording of what is happening so we can replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    I figured it out, sometimes Jotform is saying that our account is 'read-only' so then we cant download the files. We then have to request to manage the files and wait for email notification for permission.
