    Hi Julie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:

To add different tax rates to different products in your form, follow these steps:

    1. Click on the payment element in your form builder.
    2. Open Payment Settings by clicking the wand icon.
    3. Go to the Tax tab where you can set the base tax rate and exempt specific products from tax by unchecking them.
    4. Use the location field option to apply tax rates based on customer location if needed.

This allows you to assign different tax rates to different products effectively.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Julie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to create multiple tax rates using the Product List and for different products. As a workaround, you can set Tax Options from a Location Field, to apply tax rates based on customer location. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, click on the Product List on your form, and then click on Cart icon, located on the right side.

    2. In the menu that appears on the right side of the screen, click on Tax tab.

    3. Click on None, under Set Tax Options from a Location Field, and then select Address field.
