I created a Jot Form with a QR to scan. Last week is was working properly, but now when the QR code is scanned it takes people to the JotForm log in page.

    Hi Nekka,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

It sounds like the QR code is directing users to the Jotform login page instead of your form. This usually happens if the form is set to require login or if the form's privacy settings have changed.

    Here’s how to fix it:

    1. Check your form’s privacy settings: Make sure the form is set to "Anyone can fill out this form" and not restricted to Jotform users only.
    2. Review the QR code link: Ensure the QR code is linked directly to the form URL and not a login or account page.
    3. Republish the form: Sometimes republishing the form and generating a new QR code can resolve the issue.

Give these steps a try and let us know how it goes.
