How do I send my AI conversation transcripts to my clients email when new conversations occur?

Hi rimlight,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, Jotform AI Chatbot is in Beta. There is no direct-automated feature mentioned for sending conversation transcripts via email immediately when new conversations occur. However, you can manually send conversation entries from Jotform Inbox by selecting the entry and using the Reply button to email the transcript to your client.
You can also enable Chat History for AI Agents to allow conversations to be saved and accessible. You can easily review your previous conversations with the AI Agent while in an active chat session. Let me show you how it's done:
1. Open the AI Agent window and click on the Three Lines icon at the top right.
2. In the menu that opens, under Your Account, click on Chat History.
3. Then, click on the conversation that you want to view.
4. In the upper left, click on the Left Arrow icon next to Back to Conversations to go back.
5. To go back to your active chat session, click on the conversation with the Active status.
This way, you’ll be able to check your chat history with the agent. But if you want to see your agent’s conversations with other people, you can check out our guide about How to View and Manage Conversations.
