I have a paper coupon from a local vendor for free coffee that I would like to send to our donors/customers via email as a one-time use digital coupon or email/form. Do you have the ability to do this? Jen

Hi Hoxworth,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Jotform allows you to create forms with coupon codes that can be set up as one-time use or limited-use digital coupons. You can create a payment form with a coupon code feature where you define the coupon code, usage limits, and expiration date. This way, you can send your donors/customers a form via email with a unique coupon code for free coffee or discounts.
Here’s how to do it:
- Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Payment field.
- Go to the Coupons tab in the Payment Settings or Product List section.
- Create a coupon by setting the coupon code, usage limit (such as one-time use), expiration date, and discount type.
- Save the coupon and share the form link via email to your donors/customers.
This setup ensures the coupon can only be used once or as per your defined limits.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
